I always consider my approach when I offer criticism. Is this coming from a sincere place or am I just whining? I don't accomplish anything if I don't think first. I learned that my complaints sound so much better when my ideas are in the best interest of every party involved. I listen to people gripe just to be heard, and they aren't saying a word, really.
